Today I want to talk about how a book helps me to take a big decision of my life, achieving true moments from a dream.
I was 19 years old, and my relationship with books was not very good, I have this feeling to read about people who had left a mark, so I look into my parents library and I found the bibliographic novel of Vicent Van Gogh, a post impressionism painter, written by Irving Stone, it is call "Lust for life".
"Every morning, with his easel, Vincent started looking for somewhere to paint."
While I was knowing more details about Vicent Van Gogh life, my dream was increasing and founding ways to do it, I read and imagine, suddenly I visualize frames of it, thoughts about what could happen, good ones, bad ones.
I understand that if I have a clear goal or passion to do some activity, will be possible to describe a path in which I would like to move on.
"The desire of success had left him; he worked because he had to, because it prevented him from suffering too much, mentally, because he put his mind busy. He could spend all day with no wife, no home, no children, even with out love, friendship and health, with very few food, and could still do it without God. But he could no be deprived of something that was bigger than himself, something that was his reason for living: the power and ability to create".
This reason was stronger than hungry, cold, talking from others; that is why he painted such a big work for humanity, his attention was on his paintings, on his technique, on his eyes, on his desire.
Suddenly I wake up, and I decide to make a change in my life, to walk in to a small dream that begun 5 years early and a few month after, it was taking part of my life.
